20 - 22 January 2026, Tallinn, Estonia

Designed and Hosted by Risk Sight

About The Event

This advanced training session is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and practical understanding needed to explore the implications of the NIS2 Directive and related EU cybersecurity regulations for civilian–defence cooperation. The training focuses on how regulatory frameworks such as NIS2, CER, CRA, DORA, and the Cyber Solidarity Act can contribute to strengthening cyber resilience, operational coordination, and societal preparedness across critical sectors.

The session combines strategic discussions, expert presentations, interactive workshops, and scenario-based exercises to examine the intersection between civilian cybersecurity obligations and defence operational requirements. Key topics: critical infrastructure protection, information sharing, incident response coordination, and the development of interoperable approaches capable of enhancing cooperation between civilian authorities, defence organisations, CERTs, and other cybersecurity stakeholders across the European security environment.
